Monday... blech!

Well, last week was a whirlwind... I had my birthday last Sunday and it was good. The beginning sucked and the end sucked, but the middle was fantastic and compared to all my other birthdays in the past 20 years, it was much better!!:) This weekend was fabulous! My husband came home! And although I am still guarding my heart a bit waiting for the other shoe to drop, we had a great weekend Christmas shopping and just loving on each other!

I ate horribly plus it's that time of the month, so I am really bloated and retaining water! YUCK!! So, I gained weight. Blech!


And this is why I am fat! LOL Our clinic has lunch catered in 3 days a week! Today was Backyard Burgers! YUM and not good at the same time!!;) I am still doing Slimfast shakes for breakfast so that helps. 
Things I need to work on this week:

  • Drink more water!!!
  • Eat smaller portions
  • Do more Zumba - I did one time last week, so I have to do at least 2 times this week! That seems fair right?
