- Phase 1
- No Sugar
- No Pop - not even diet!
- No meat - yep, I am now officially a vegetarian, but NOT a vegan YET!
- Water, water, water!
- Exercise - Xbox360 Kinect Games (Zumba, Dance Central, Just Dance 4)
- Phase 2 (I'm not really sure when I will transition over to this phase)
- Keep up with Phase 1
- No dairy - yes, this will be HARD because I LOVE cheese!!
- No white flour
- Add in strength training and walking(when the weather allows)
- Phase 3
- Maintain!!!
- Keep eating well!
- One cheat day a week could be allowed at this point.
- Keep moving!
