Get Hot & Healthy Plan!

Well, I am on day 8 of phase 1 of my "Get Hot & Healthy" plan!;) I am down 1.2 lbs this week! Here is my plan(yes, I know I have already outlined a sort of plan, but this is more cemented):


  • Phase 1
    • No Sugar
    • No Pop - not even diet!
    • No meat - yep, I am now officially a vegetarian, but NOT a vegan YET!
    • Water, water, water!
    • Exercise - Xbox360 Kinect Games (Zumba, Dance Central, Just Dance 4)
  • Phase 2 (I'm not really sure when I will transition over to this phase)
    • Keep up with Phase 1
    • No dairy - yes, this will be HARD because I LOVE cheese!!
    • No white flour
    • Add in strength training and walking(when the weather allows)
  • Phase 3
    • Maintain!!!
    • Keep eating well!
    • One cheat day a week could be allowed at this point.
    • Keep moving!
